Does the customer need to register?
No. التصفح وFavorites متاحان بدون Account، ويمكن Create account Free للChatة وSave الSearch. التسجيل يصبح ضرورياً عند نشر وManage listings.
هل توجد خطة Freeة؟
Yes. Free plan تتيح Sale & rent بدون أداء مسبق، وتطبق Commission فقط عند Completing a transaction.
What is the annual subscription price?
Rental subscription 500 MAD سنوياً، وSales subscription 1,000 MAD سنوياً، وSale + rent plan 1,200 MAD سنوياً.
ماذا لو اخترت Free plan؟
No يوجد أداء سنوي مقدماً. عند Completing a transaction تطبق Sale commission 2% or 25 MAD عن كل day Rent.
When is the subscription activated?
After payment details and the receipt are submitted and reviewed by the admin.
هل يمكن الجمع بين Sale & rent؟
Yes. Sale + rent plan تOpen Activityين في Same account، ويمكن ترقية باقة Sale or Rental إليها.
