Privacy

Owner account data, listings, customer requests, transactions, subscriptions, and payments are used to operate the platform and record activity and notifications. A guest customer provides a name and phone number; email is optional.

Guest favorites use a random identifier stored in a cookie and linked to saved listings in the database. Passwords are stored with password_hash and are never displayed as plain text.

Uploaded payment receipts are stored in a protected internal area and are visible only to the payer or administration through authenticated access.

Before final commercial launch, controller information, contact methods, retention periods, and the cookie policy should be completed to match applicable Moroccan legal requirements.
