Subscription and Payment Terms

Creating a customer account is free and does not require a plan. When registering as an owner / advertiser, publishing plans appear directly in the registration form. A customer can later convert the same account into an owner account without creating a new one. Paid plans remain pending until payment is reviewed and confirmed by the administration.

Annual advertiser plans: rent 500 MAD per year, sale 1,000 MAD per year, and sale + rent 1,200 MAD per year. The selected plan determines which listing types are available on the create-listing page; the free plan opens both types with commission billing.

Activation and renewal: paid plans start after payment confirmation. When upgrading to the sale + rent plan, the upgrade rules shown on the plans page apply and the activation and payment history remains stored in the system.

Payment and review: submitting payment details does not mean immediate activation for paid plans. The administration may verify the payment reference and proof before activation. The free plan requires no upfront payment.

By using the service, the owner also agrees to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
