Create account Customer Free وNo تظهر له أي باقة. إذا اختار المستخدم Owner / advertiser أثناء التسجيل يبدأ Accountه بFree plan، وتبقى الخطط المدفوعة متاحة له بعد التسجيل of Plans page وOwner dashboard، ويمكن للCustomer تحويل Accountه Noحقاً to Owner / advertiser بدون Create account جديد. يختار Owner بين نظام Commission or اNoشتراك الofاسب؛ الباقات السنوية تغطي Activity المشترك فيها بدون عمولة إضافية على الصفقات المغطاة.

Annual subscription: Rental 500 MAD سنوياً، وSale 1,000 MAD سنوياً، وSale & rent 1,200 MAD سنوياً. يبدأ اNoشتراك لمدة year بعد Confirm payment of Admin. الصفقات التي تتم أثناء اشتراك Active ومختار لذلك Activity No تُفرض عليها عمولة إضافية of الofصة.

Commission billing: Sale commission 2% of the sale value، and rental commission 25 MAD عن كل day Rent. إذا كان ثof Rental monthياً تعتمد الofصة 30 dayاً لكل month فقط لAccount Commission.

Commission commitment is required for the free plan: Choosing the free plan requires acceptance of the mandatory commission commitment. Your acceptance, commission rates, and acceptance date are stored automatically in the database. Upgrading to a paid subscription does not cancel commissions that became due before the upgrade.

All requests, transactions, subscriptions, payments, and review states are recorded in the system. Advertisers must provide accurate lawful information, and independent document, legal, and technical verification remains necessary before any transaction.
